Frank in his wisdom suggested I start in the Czech Rep, and thus I loaded up some neighbouring countries and England (something about managing in Poofland I can’t get away from).

Told by the board to avoid relegation and with about 16K to by players we spent the whole season being told we were over achieving being as high as 7th at one point . 3 free signings helped us but put a strain on the budget , and a low rep meant loans wouldn’t sign…one duff scout didn’t help much, finding only one player worth bringing in the second transfer window. Board and fans end up happy with the over achievement :cool:

One free signing and a load of complacent players saw a dip in form. Lack of reputation was a real nightmare. Board and fans still wanted us to stay clear of relegation, which we did. Lack of money the big issue as for all clubs in this position, though board offer to expand the ground by 1600 seats. Only plus was 2 youth players coming good….only down side was they were both strikers. Board and fans now love me.

Too many strikers and a lack of new signings forced a tactical change, and the loss of our ability to draw games. Spent the transfer budget of 1K on a new keeper, I should have spent the money patching the hole on the sinking ship that was our team. Fed up with things I look for other jobs…nothing happens apart from the board and fans getting the hump.

Applied for a job in the off-season Board really got the hump, and suggested I leave before they sacked me. So I did…Went on holiday and ended up at FK 03 Pirmasens in the German Regional Division South….
