I think it makes alot of difference in the game, tbh - think about last years version - Weymouth were the only Professional club the conference N/S for example...

IRL now there are very few semi-pro clubs. I think only the very small ones who went up would not turn pro IRL, same in this I would hope.

Then again, the whole point of this is to play with the smallest teams.

Closer to full though, and always come across as a really well organised club. For no apparent reason (well none I can think of anyway) I've always had a soft spot for them. Until they signed a certain forward edited out of my previous post anyway!!

Many part-time clubs are largely financed by their social clubs (I know many in Norn Iron are). Some even to the point where it can help them become full-time.

LMAO - it certainly used to be the case when the balcony of The Turf pub which is part of The Racecourse here at Wrexham used to overlook the pitch (before the new stand was built). Spent many a match out on there, along with some of the "injured" players.
