I'm currently making my way through my first season as real LLM in Brasil's 3rd Div managing in the nether-regions (the state of Amapa). I'm curious to know what are the possible financial rewards throughout the season? My stadium is a 5K seater, in fact here is a pic of my lovely home in Brasil.. ]my beautiful estadio[/URL] ...leaves you breathless I know. Beyond expanding it into the next New Highbury, I'm hoping there's some other financial rewards for doing well within the league.
I imagine you'll be losing money hand over fist throughout the season. If you have a good cup run, get a good bonus for finishing high, fill your stadium every game and/or sell your best players then you may break even, but it'll take you a few years before you're making a profit of any kind. Unless there are some strange financial rewards given to Brazilian teams I don't know about.
I was afraid of that. The board is open to requests from me, but damn I feel guilty for asking for a larger wage budget and transfer funds (I started out as nothing). Should I even be sweating finances if the board is okay with the current status?
And the stadium is not even yours, it belongs to the State of Amapá. The stadium is famous though: it's called "Zerão" (Big Zero) because it's exactly over the Equator line. Each half of the field is on a different hemisphere
But playing an Amapá team is not LLM... should be NLM (N for "No"...)
Winter on one half of the pitch and summer on the other Now just carrying this thought to it’s illogical conclusion. On the snow covered winter pitch they would obviously use an orange ball so it stands out do they change over footballs to the a traditional white ball when you pass the half way line and and enter the sundrenched part of the pitch.
*I'll get my coat*
