Is the chairman selling players out from under you something specific to the Norwegian league. It's never happened to me in all my years.

| Dunno... Haven't played in other countries than Norway yet, so I don't know. Hopefully they won't enter any more lousy deals.
The talented striker got sold for 37 mill NOK. The problem with the deal was that I only got 9 mill upfront, and the rest is being paid over 24 months...

If I end up in the top four.
The rules for Royal League is that the top four i Norway and Sweden play RL the same year.
New season, new RL.

The season ended as I predicted. 9th place. Not bad, and certainly in a good old Tippeliga-way. Most teams, after getting the 2nd place the season before, gets relegated or ends up playing playoff for relegation.
The cup didn't do me much good tho... Still being kicked out in the early stages. Good for me! :thup:
But now for the incredible part: The UEFA Cup.
Faced little (or no) challenge in the first qual. round - FF Jaro of Finland was beaten 2-0. The next round gave me FC Utrecht, and after 3-3 in the first game (in Holland) we beat them 2-0 at home.
Then the wierd thing.
First round of the UEFA Cup: Skeid vs Schalke.
Lost 1-0 the first match, at Voldsløkka. Then beat them 2-0 in Germany. Uh? Ok.
Groupstages. Qualified from the groupstages by getting beaten by Manchester City, getting a draw away against Palermo and winning against Basel and AZ Alkmaar.
Royal League! Yes. I'm playing the Royal League this season. I think they have messed it up (or I have messed it up by the detail level). Currently leading my group after three games. This is more of a fun tournement than a serious one.
And yeah, my chairman continues to sell players. For less than what I would have sold them for. Handed out one of mye Talented DCs for nothing. Thanks.
Now, I think this sums up the most. Will be gett a small update on the RL and UEFA after I'm kicked out of them.

Another great season!
Ended up second (again).
Got kicked out of the cup in the quarterfinal.
Still in the Royal League. This time I actually got in it the same season, so I guess it was just that I forgot to put it on some more detailed level...
I'm thinking of jumping ship. Tired of ending in second, and a bit tired of the norwegian league... I'm gonna pay attention to the jobs getting available.
