yeah, sorry for the WP - you usually need local feeders before you get work-permit/foriegn feeders. Just wanted to hear what you do once you fulfull your dream of taking your club to the top and need feeders for Work Permits (and perhaps merchandising), but don't want to employ feeders?

(I feel this discussion is being unfair to non-english clubs, as they can have nursury clubs in high division and don't need work permits. This is my apoligy to those clubs )

Ah, alas, part of playing the game realistically involves me managing only in Nations that have English as their first language as British managers of foreign teams are about as rare as hobbyhorse's shyt, so I can't help you there.

Actually some of the most succesfull managers in the Danish league have been British
