I am playing LLM in Sweden with Gunnilse and have reached the dizzy heights of the First Divison Elite (SEcond Tier) in Sweden.

Most teams there are professional so I am trying to do that too, I have offered all my players pro contracts and they ve all accepted it.

I havent turned pro yet though, I am thinking, could it have anything to do with my staff being part time? I have tried to signed them on pro contract but they ve refused.

It is mainly to do with your finances now. Having as many staff and players on full time contracts does help but the board will decide in theri own time if you are ready or not.

I don't really know the finances of Swedish football but I would imagine if you have a good season this year (i.e.don't get relegated) you would have a good chance of going pro.

Are the other teams in this league mainly professional??

Of the 16 that there are in the league, 11 are professional. That is going to make survival hard as 3 teams get relegated.

My finances are pretty bad as well, i m 700k in debt due to the fact that i spent too many seasons in the bottom league, in which it is impossible to make any sort of profit. I was making 200k loss every year!!

Oh well, I m just going to have to battle hard this year and hope for the best!

I would guess it is down to finances then.
