Club / player loyalty
financial control
hand on approach
can anyone tell me how i can get these to be higher?

That's really a GQ question, mate. To be honest, I'm sure no one here really has a clue, much less cares.

It's all common sense. Dont job whore, get a higher loyalty rating, dont spend 80 million to win a league cup, get a better financial thingy, and dont ignore all the media questions/manager handbags and get that up.

Going into 2020 my loyalty is 4 and Hands on is 1(i really cant be arsed with all the media *****), but i doubt it makes a difference to anything major.
