I've always managed at lower league level because I am the type of manager who is up for a challenge. But now I can't decide which team to start a new career with. I'm looking to manage a team in the Conference South. I'm looking for a club with real ambition and a team who I can win promotion to the Football League in a few seasons. Don't like to be picky and it probably doesn't matter but I want a club with a nice badge and a good sized squad with all positions covered. Thanks...
