I use mrefc80's 4-3-3 but sadly this tactic is just doesn't work away with AFC Bournemouth (league 1) so I created this tactic for away games.
NOTE: this has only been tested in League one.

player instructions
passing - defence and GK set to team, midfeild and forwards short
tacking - all team apart from 2 DC's set to hard
pressing - DF and GK no, rest yes
pass to - all RLC
Set Pieces (A) - all DF's and GK back, rest forward
Set Pieces (D) - all Back except FC (FC = forward)
free role - AMC yes, rest no
forward runs - all no apart from AMC and FC's
run with ball - MC's, AMC and FC's, rest no
hold up ball - DMC, rest no
long shots - MC's and AMC yes, rest no
through balls - MC's and AMC yes, rest no
cross ball - all no
marking -

hopefully the guys controlling Premiership teams (top clubs can tell me whether or not this works) I find myself grabbing 1-0, 2-1 wins away from home with mrefc80's 4-3-3 i'm free scoring at home!
