I've been playing as Aston Villa and its my second season now (Season 1: finished 4th).

I've bought in quite a few quality players but i was wondering is it always best to play the same players and formation for most games?

Tips most appreciated.

I'm currently playing a 4132 formation with Newcastle.

I find it best to keep my defence as regular as possible, but I always mix my midfield up so that teams never quite know what to expect. I have 6 great midfielders, all with different qualiries, so I have lots of options for how I play.
