Mark; This is a fabulous forum where all seem to get along quite well aand all help on the level that they can.....

I have learned an amazing thing in a few short weeks! All my life I believed that I had no artistic talent whatsoever....after getting interested in photoshop elements 2.0 and somehow by some miracle I found my way to this site..and god bless me ..I can't remember how ....but any way in a few short weeks I learned the pride of creating something...I'm here to stay and my goal is to be able to give back to other newbies what has been given to me here...someday someone will ask a question here on these boards and I'll be able to say,"hey, I know the answer to that cause I learned it right here!"...and then I'll take moments of my precious time to answer the newbs question.......

Because that is the way I was always treated here!

So......Mark and Gauss and Sue Reefaroo and Lindaw and Geoff and Sanby and AppleCider and Lee and Eric and all the others who have helped and encouraged me....

That is the best thanks that someone can give back....a gift of their PRECIOUS TIME!

I wish when I went to school it was as entertaining as it is here....... it just makes it so much easier to learn and understand don't you think? Because we are helped so much by each other we want to help someone else and I think this is what makes our comunity so wonderful here

Well I have been visiting this forum for a while now and am pleasantly suprised at, not just how helpful people are here, but also how friendly this place is.

So I Joined and am feeling quite pleased with myself - don't usually join anything. It's all new to me, this Photoshop lark, but I'm having fun and being amazed at my own abilities with it - thanks to this place (and PT Forum.)

I found this forum, maybe a week ago. I've been involved in a few but eventually lost interest 'cause of the content and the EGOS. I find this forum to be generally an EGO FREE zone.
I have a successful freelance/contract design business going and enjoy the luxury of living in a small community, in the Northern Ca. foothills. (I've paid my dues in L.A.). The one thing I've really missed is having someone, a peer, to exchange ideas with and to basically kibitz with. I believe that this forum will supply that neccessary ingredient to my pastoral lifestyle. Thanks for being here and for giving your positive input on the few submissions I've made to date.
