I was wondering, in the contract bonus clause, the yearly wage increase % applies only to the basic wage offered right? (ie. the goal and appearance bonuses aren't affected).

I tried to search but cannot find much about it.

Also, the appearance bonus,

Do we pay it if the player is 1st team on Reserve/U21/Loan?

yearly wage increase is indeed only for the basic wage and appearance bonuses are only based on appearances in your clubs first team, so no.
