This might be a stupid question, but if a player has double nationality, and is called up for Nation X. Will he then always accept? Or does it happen that a player refuses, cause he rather wants a chance with Nation Y?
It is seen a few times IRL, but how about FM08?

I would guess it to be possible, seeing as how there are "International Happiness" concerns like "Feels he would opt for Scotland at this young age" and the fact that players rejecting call ups have been in existence since FM07; albeit because they were unhappy at being dropped for a big game.

I'm pretty sure it's in the game. Haven't been an int manager yet myself though
