Can someone please expain what CA and PA exactly is and what the numbers mean.... much appreciated.
I downloaded a program called miniscout because someone recommended it to me on this forum, and im confused what CA and PA is like aaron has pa 176 while saivet has pa 184 and both considereed -10???
CA and PA at its minimum is 0 and maximum is 200. CA obviously cannot exceed PA, the maximum it can get is up to PA. PA is fixed and does not vary no matter how much you train the player.
where -10 and minuses come in the picture, it means that the ability of the player can vary. it is not a fixed number like 190. it could vary depending on the youth academies and the manner how you bring up the player and train the player.
I don't know about the number range for -10 and such.
For the positive numbers, if Robinho is 180 then I can't see why 5 star players aren't 180 and above. I heard it also depends on your club. If your club is a small underachieving club, your scouts will view a PA 120 as world class. However, at big clubs this is mediocre.
In all honesty, I prefer PA attributes than CA. I like seeing my youngsters progress to be big stars and only have them to be sold off to big teams and spread word about how good my youth team and training is at Ajax. It's like a brand. If I can win the champions league with a bunch of youngsters from my youth team I'll be extremely happy.

exactly like me also u pay less for a pa person meaning more money if u sell them off , i mean wud you buy falcao or saivet or raul, considering the price and that raul's pa will never be good as the other 2's if you train them right
