how does the scout works? My scout have 20 judge PA and CA, working with youth 18. Mini scout shows 18 yrs old player over 180 PA but my scout tells me they are worthless -_-" i know they are humans but with 20 judge PA and CA they should not be telling me the 180 PA players are worthless

my scouts are also hopeless, thats why i don't listen to a word they say!

It could depend on the players current CA- if his CA at 18 is 120+ then he couild be a top player. If his CA is only 60 then it is unlikley that his ability could rise enough to get to his PA.
