my board have informed me there considering not renewing my contract at qpr ..
ok if i was doing badly fair enough but

first season: tipped for relegation instead i earn promotion.

second season: again expected to get eniliated, i finish 14th and semi final of fa cup

third season im now 12 with 8 games to go i have 18 of my first teamers english, made 6th round of fa cup, have 21 million in the bank

now the only way i can see a board sacking a manager in this position is if
a. mourinnho shows interest in the job

b . i sleep with paladinis wife

now a mourinho is at real madrid
and b. the chairmans wife is a dog

and the replacement being lined up is... (rumroll) the recently sacked from shef wed for getting them relegated to league 1 brian laws....

its a joke, it seems the board wont renew my contract and this quality young english squad (of wich darren bent is joining in the summer) ive built with a plan for european football by teh end of next year has to be left behind

it's a known bug that the beta patch fixes.
i had a similar rant a while back over my game with ipswich in which exactly the same thing happened. i'm still not over it and am not playing fm until the complete patch is out.

if you download the beta it should get you a new contract as they will recognise your achievements

i dident know about this bug...
seems i may have to download the beta patch, if refrained from doing so thus far as
1.im not sure of the 2 which one to download
2. ive heard current tactics dont transfer over well etc

any further advice regarding the patch

both patches fix it, i don't know about the tactics,

also player improvements are screwed up with the patch as players improve a lot slower so it's less fun but if you wanna keep your job you'll have to download one.

how did it work out in your ipswich game?

and building young players are a massive part of the game i think and for s.i to release the product that effectively has failed to let you do this is a shambles we the consumer shouldent have to choose, and if i want a cheese milkshake i should be able to buy one

i was doing superbly in the prem, i had lulinha, samuel, scott sinclair, kerlon, who had all developed superbly and then i don't get offered a new contract.

the game saved automatically after i was jobless and i lost the opportunity to resurrect the game, massive shame as it was massively enjoyable. i want the four days of my life back

ouch , done well to get sinclair ive tried everything,
think im going to save the game a day before my contracts up and if i do kop it pathetically ill just re add myself as qpr manager, idve lost my stats (domestic play bias 19) but hey ill still enjoy the game even if a bit of me is extremely peeeved,

did you do the same with the tractors?

no, i took a job with monaco but soon gave up. the feeling of injustice just led me to ranting on the forums for about 4 days. i think i ****ed a few people off the patch will be out soon so i'm gonna wait, best of luck with qpr

nostromo no i wouldent shoot miles, granted fm08 has its flaws but its stills as addictive as ever once you start the right saved game,

besides im currently suffering from one mo day syndrome so havent got time to find a gun
