Default FM 08 with Vista

Ok, here is the problem.
I have an Acer Aspire 5670 laptop and I had my drives partitioned with XP on one and Vista on the other part. I have FM installed on both and both work but the problem is that on XP I can run it winodwed mode without any problems. On vista I can't run it in windowed. It says " Changing screen settings failed. Please make sure your system supports it." I tried changing my resolution (1280 x 800) but it still doesn't work. I tried to find solutions on the forums and the net but couldn't find anything...Can anyone help me?

Microsoft can't get anything done right. Dumbasses.

On vista, go into your games menu, right click on FM08, click customize, click edit, and in the target box paste:

"CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\fm.exe" -small_screen -windowed

That should work I think.
