I'm playing the 1st beta, now suddenly Messi has covered all positions from MC up to stiker with natural or accomplished??? not jut him, every other AMC is given MC by the game also.

I've noticed this too. Basically if a player is natural or accomplished in AML for example, then the game will also set ML as accomplished. I assume it's to stop regens coming through who can play AML but not ML, as it would be a little unrealistic.
It's the same for AML, AMC, AMR, and DM. If they have any of these positions set as 15+ in the editor then their midfield counterpart will also be set to accomplished.
It can be a bit annoying as a lot of players might play AM, but that doesn't neccessarily mean they can play CM, Lionel Messi for example.
