This maybe just my experience, but would like to know what other gamers experience too.

I have downloaded the latest patch, but in 4 out of every 5 games opponents always score within the first 5 minutes of the game, which more likely than not is scored on 58 seconds.

Does this happen to anybody else? Or is it ingrained in to the Nottingham Forest psyche - serial bottlers?!

I find most of my games go until at least the 7-10 minute mark before the first hightlight on "key only".

I play defensive though.

I often conceded in the first 2 minutes, but have since done a complete tactical overhaul and now only concede on average 1 goal every 3 games.

I should note with my old tactics I conceded a lot of goals in general,not just the opening minutes.

I would suggest that you don't allow your Asst manager to take team talks, this "for the fans" nonsense is their personal favourite and,for me, doesn't send the players out with the right mentality. I only use this for matches away to a big rival.

I have the problem. How the hell can I get hit on the counter attack in the first 40 secs when my mentality is set to defensive?

STraight after half time os the most annoying time for them to score. I would say over 80% of games which I go in at half time winning 2 - 0 they allways score straight away. I have tried every team talk optiona nad still no change and changed tactics at half time as well

Thanks for your comments, here is some back ground info.

Season 2013, finished 5th in Prem and 2nd in Prem (plus semis of Champions League) 2012.

Team talks...use 'for the fans' for Derby games or finals, normally use 'wish luck'.

Use Fiorza tactics seen on forum. Obvoiusly win quite a few, but always conceed first goal. At start it didn't bother me as I was doing quite well, but after 6 seasons it is getting on my goat!!!!

I wonder if it could be concentration levels of defenders, but the hints and tips messages say it effects the latter stages of games...

Have you tried something like, "come out defensive for the first ten minutes, then as your lads settle in, adjust to the attacking tactic you want to play?"

Concentration is massively important, especially in defense and goal; I think its important all the time, not just at the end of a match.

I find there are too many early goals. Both scored by me and against me in the first 2 or 3 mins.
