International Management - Most Obscure Country You've Managed
Hi,
I'm playing a LLM game and would also like to apply for some international jobs, should positions become available. Hopefully so as I've got large DB running and with about 3/4 of the "extra" countries selected for a good selection of players.
So, I'm wondering how others have fared with international management. What are the lowest or most obscure international teams you've managed and how have you done?
Did you apply for the jobs or were they offered? Also, what club level were you managing at?

I once manged Isreal, very tough to manage, every time I thought we were making progress someone came along and hammered me. Unforunately I wan't good enough to be offered the job so I was forced to apply.
I've also managed Cezch Republic, I got to the Semis of the World Cup then resigned, and I had a spell at Brazil which was largely dissapointing, I left out Kaka and Rohnaldinho for a friendly against some rubbish country I hadn't even heard of, and they refused to play for me again.

One of my friends managed Cezch Republic... and won the world cup (mainly because all the good teams were knocked out in the group stages). Now he's managing England.

Theres an international challenge in the challenges thread with the worst teams on the rankings being used naturally. Most of the people are therefore in Oceania managing teams like American Samoa and Cook Islands.
