My scouts all have 17+ for judging ability/potential but I think their scout reports suck sometimes: i was wondering who had the highest PA ingame so I used the miniscout for one time, found some players with +190 PA, a guy 17 years old had 198 and 101 CA, my scouts gives him 2 stars and says he's got a decent potential, 198 PA IS THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN..
What to believe, my scouts or the miniscout?

ps. checked also other players and my scouts are sometimes wrong with them too..

Well at the end of the day it is down to your final judgement, my scouts are usually pretty accurate when they recommend young talent to me, but if the mini scout is indicating a PA of that amount then I'd regard him as a definate purchase.

Yeah but my final judgement is difficult because it's about players who are 16 of 17 with very low CA, they play in the U19 squad but miniscout says they have a very high PA, my scouts say they are decent or even worse, with Saivet (CA 112 and PA 192) they were right, but with this regen Hopes (CA 99 and PA 198) they say hé doesn't have any potential, weird to me
