I realised earlier that Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher are both "Slightly Concerned" at the lack of squad discipline, and I have no ideas as to why. I've had two players sent off this season for professional fouls, my yellow card count is extremely low, and all of my other players are high in morale, so I'm stumped as to why are they concerned. Help would be appreciated. :thup:
That happens when you don't discipline a player (warning or fine) for a sending-off the offended player feels was an obvious violation. It will stick around until you justly discipline someone.
I just thought it was odd seen as they only popped up as being slightly concerned today when, as I said, the last sending off was 3 months ago, and I haven't lost in 11 games, so I can't understand what I need to discipline my players for as nobody is performing badly either.
Perhaps that's where the problem lies, I am quite harsh with Team Talks, but it usually gets the right reaction from players, especially Carra and Stevie G who would lose a leg for the Liverpool cause, and if the Team Talks was the problem then surely the Slight Concern would be regarding them? Meh, I'll just continue to play and hope that the concern disappears.
