um ive downloaded lotsa facepacks, logos, skins and kits.
1) how do install them?
2) do i have to start a new game for it to work?
3) what is a "config file"?
4) what if i have more than one picture for one
player?

1) create a graphics folder in the Football Manager 2008 Demo folder in My Documents.
2) no - just untick skin cache and reload skin
3) config file tells FM which pic goes with which player
4) you can only have one pic for each player
