Is there a utility around for an 'in-game' editor or scout. Where i don't have to load a saved game in order to check players ability...??

JPEE's FMM is a realtime editor that you can find a link too on this forum.
For a scout I would suggest using genie's FMScout, which while being based on save games is a very usuful tool.

Yeah just to check players stats without having to load up Fm2007 then FM genie is you're best bet

Genie Scout doesnt require FM to be running but does still need you to load your save game

Yep but it would be a mirical if there is a programm that can list any stats without neither run FM2007 nor loading a savegame

When loking at the stats while FM2007 is running... use FMM
When looking at the stats without FM2007 running look at a savegame via FM genie
