What if someone made like a FM/CM All Stars update. Where a majority of great teams was containing only the very best players theyve had for like the last 10 years.
I mean like old stars when they where on the top; Les Ferdinand, Tony Adams, David Ginola, , Shearer, Fowler, Cantona etc. vs; Berbatov, Alonso, Gerrad, Given, Rooney etc...All in the same team, at around the same age as they where playing theyre best. I dont know if its worth it, but it looks cool in my head.

there were a few 'legends' updates for FM06 not sure if there are any for FM07

There is a legends update for fm07 that is based in the belgian league with a few top clubs from all over world with some of the top players from all time. If you search the forum you should be able to find it.
Well yeah it is a great idea, the problem is that you'd have to spend an age to make most databases. Your idea would be easy enough if you just had two teams to make but would get boring very quickly!! Also not sure of your current or past "all-star" players!!! But then thats the beauty of doing it yourself because its your choice.
If a large group of people worked on a bigger project to be like 89/90 but in allstar terms it'd be easier but then the problem is that only one person can work on the database at a time so it'd still take ages. Which is why the 89/90 patch for fm06 is so amazing. Also if one person makes a database there will always be huge disagreements with how good some players are or aren't!!
Hopefully someone with endless time on there hands will create one for fm07 but I doubt it. I've seen endless people claim they are gonna do database's that are a hell of a lot more manageable that the 89/90 one but get bored of it after a couple of days. Which is fair enough because it boring to do.

i had that but you only get about 7 players if that so you end up having to sign a normal squad anyway plus its harder seeming as your playing in the belgian league so you know
