Is it possible to edit Valencia and change the team name to something like Accrington Stanley?..or would I have to take over Accrington Stanley and put them in the Spanish league,and if this is possible how do I do this?

In 2006 when you changed the name of the club in the pre-editor it would change in the game even if you started the game before changing it in the db. To swap team go to the editor's competitions choose one spanish division and then in the competitions menu there's an options saying teams. Select that click on the club to replace and the rest is obvious.I probably wrote this in a confuse way.
