I Have done exactly as you have said Liam, and this just does not work for me. I unistalled my game did standard installation did the contract on the sixth as you said but this just does not work. A database box does not even come up, please help me as I really want to play this game!

do you have to uninstall and use a patch, i did everything you said except for those points and it didnt work

the version isnt important i dont think.
the reason i said to uninstall it, is because i wanted to do it from scratch.
It seems as though different methods work for different people.
Sports interactive definitely need to re-think the editor with the next game

and you could make your bank balance and transfer budget to around a billion pounds? because my transfer budget will work but not my bank balance?

I have been trying to edit my game so that Rangers are in the England. What i need to know is how to change the balance so that when i load the game the balance i change it 2 stays the way that i made it.What has been happening is i have been changing the balance , transfer budget and transfer budget remaining and the transfer budget and remaining transfer budget are the only thing that have been changing to what i changed it to when i edited it . The balance has just been staying normal and i dont know why because i have been editing that aswell PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS

Firstly thanks for the praise! Lovin it!

The balance is something ive never tampered with, i think it as got something to do with how much a club owes etc.

Try cancelling all loans and bank repayments.

Secondly, choose a sensible amount as a balance, im sure the game editors must have built in a limit as to how much any club can have.

Third, try setting the club as having a "sugar daddy" as the ditor puts it. i.e. an investor like abramovich.
Its one of the options that ive seen on there.

Again this is a problem that probably requires patience and trial and error
