i edited him from the old chairman. made the club his favorite. (100) made board app. 20 and loyalty 20. looked at the other managers from the same division that loves the club and made his att. like those (not too much PA or CA and stuff. but he stil is willing to listen to offers.

(i have searched the forum and couldn't find an answer also)

Chairman's stats change like any other person in the game. This can be affected by how well the team is doing compared to his targets.

so if i lower his CA and PA he will be a happy chairman of a loser club? or any other stat? what makes him choose his targets?
