I hope someone out there can help me. Heres the problem, I used the database editor to create a few young players who were not included in the database. On one of the players my math skills failed me and I made him 8 years old instead of 18 (or something to that effect). The problem is that when I changed his age to 18 using FMM the game still has a YTH next to his name. I also can not offer him a new contract, as the only option is to release on a free. Any suggestions???

Try going into the editor again and change his age there.

I was able to fix it by releasing and then resigning, although it took a massive contract (relatively speaking) to convince him to resign.
