What must be done for a coach to have full knowledge of more countries than his first and/or second nationality?

I've tried everything. favourite club/people, history, language.. Nothing seems to give him full knowledge of a third country.

Scouting other countries. The more scouting, the more knowlage you will get.
But this is only nessesary for scouts to find you new players. Don't need this for coaches. But you can send one out never the less

If I'm not wrong, coach cannot do any scouting.

You can request a coach or assistant manager to compile a scouting report for a player, but you can't send them out to scout a certain area/region.

But the knowledge a scout gains from scouting decreases over time. I want them to have permanent knowledge.

easiest way is for them to work in that country

so say you wanted good knowledge of Italy, Spain and England, and your working in England...look for a coach who has already built up the knowledge of Italy and Spain and then snap him up

but then there must be a way to fix it in the editor. Because those players can gain full knowledge. when i add a playing + coaching history for my coaches in some countries they won't gain any knowledge of that.
