How about having one stickied training thread? I say this because the same question is posted time and time again. Now if there was one focal place for the help to be given, if someone had trouble they could read over the thread and 9 times out of 10 the question as already been answered probally.

Maybe a possible add-on to the rules Mookie?
"No Boasting, We are not interested in your 17 champions league final wins & 44 Premiership Titles etc"
"Continuously breaking the rules will result in warnings/yellow cards which can eventually lead to a ban, you have been warned."

Agreed, but a "boast" can be used if it is necessary. For example if you have sooper woooper dooooper knowledge of the match engine and have created various tactics/strategies and have done well then as long as you provide sufficient information as to what you did there is no reason not to put down some results.
For example if you did something marvellous with a rubbish team like MK Dons then you could say something like "I did XYZ because the computer teams do ABC, though I did have some problems with DEF, though I tried to minimise them with GHI etc etc". This allowed me to with the FA Cup with MK Dons in the first season and by the fourth season I won the Champions League.
That said, on face value I could not give a flying pigsnob about the fact people won the Premiership twice on the trot with Arsenal.

The boasting rule would be good if you could implement it like WWW as said. I dont mind boastingif people have success with a lesser side i think its a lot more satisfying imo.

As long as a "boast" is substatiated with a clear explanation of the tactic(s) then it is fine, after all if you have a good strategy you have to put something in the "results" section don't you? Then we can come to our own conclusions.
Or how about, like my old physics essays and experiments:
Method (explanation of the tactic vis-a-vis your squad and any purchases/loans, also what problems you came accross and what tweaks were made at various given times/matches/weather conditions/opponents).
Results (self explanatory)
Conclusion (overall view of the tactic as why it is good)

A rule like that could improve this forum and make most threads worth reading.
