Thought I'd pop my head into this thread seeing as I'm now on the frontline with 2 forums along side Mookie's side!
Cleon - I can understand about wanting a mod who is more into tactics etc and hopefully I may be able to add some input here or there with tactics that I have created or things i've learned about in the new game via the online game I play and have played for over 3 years
cub__ - With regards of things CM03/04 or anything CM actually, you'll probably find, like other forums on the board, that CM things will go into the General Questions for CM forum, basically, to keep it more centralised.
Of course, please keep your ideas and suggestions coming no matter how silly you think they may be

One thing I'm going to do is a dedicated tactic download thread, with links to FTP server, possible links to other download sites and also links to your own created tactics so there is one central repository. The only way to add a link will be by emailing the mods directly. This way no more wasteful threads (I hope) asking for a tactic.

Well should my tactics site become as popular as the last time, there's your central repository
Well that was a big part of my thinking behind bringing it back anyway, so we can perhaps concentrate more on the discussion side of things rather than just posting our tactics on the forum.

If it works out that way, great  We'll develop it as it comes along.

Locked tactics catalogue thread is a good idea, but it should be divided up - you can imagine how random it's going to appear after a couple of months if all the tactics are lumped together. How about:
[LIST]
442

433

532

343
etc. When I start pumping out more of those crazy lops they can be shoehorned into the nearest remotely suitable thread.
