No, was forecast a day or two ago to be pretty heavy at times here but we've had absolutely nothing, not a single flake.

My PC is **** poor at the minute, its a Athlon XP 2600+ ive only got 256 m,emory but im getting some more next week. I really need to get an upgrade to an XP64 or summet

I've only got an Athlon 2000 XP+ with 756 MB RAM. Seems to do the biz for me. That said the only game I play is FM.

I can play games fine, just the memory side what lets me down really. Think ill invest in some next week, £33 for a strip of 256 think ill get that.

Cleon I'd strongly suggest getting 512 rather than an extra 256, the difference for me was very noticeable.

I had 512 in my old system and it was decent, but when I upped to 768 DDR 400 in my new one, it's just so much better :thup:

San - Seems the stutter I was talking about isn't neccessarily a system thing, it's looking like an audio problem, something to do with the game not caching all the files beforehand and loading them on the go which is causing the stutter, seems you just got lucky as my system isn't all that much worse than yours (P4 2.8, 128Mb 9800 Pro, 768 DDR 400)

yeah Buxton, on the PC i got rid of a few months back i had 1 gig of ram. Im deffinetley gonna get some next week, i just dont know how much yeat. Think ill go for a 512 stick though
