well in england you have to rely on pure strenght and attacking. in spain its mostly technique and attacking football that counts. If you were succesfull with Milan, I suggest you stick to that leauge. Or if you really want to challenge the two other big leagues. Heres a few pointers.
England - You can't go wrong with 4-4-2. Defense is the best offense, without a decent defense you are nothing.
Spain - try 4-3-3, 4-5-1 or a combination of these are probably best for spain. Highly techniqual wingers and a centralized playemaker. Preferably an attacking midfielder.
In spain the defenders need heading and speed. Speed is vital.
Your defensive tactics in Italy should work to some extent, but if you don't adapt to the faster paced game of england and spain, you won't be able to succeede in those leagues.
