When you have done, make a new topic and put it all as one post, article esque. Add some information and I can see this been fundamental for most managers. Learnt quite a lot, and will save me a lot of time. Cheers.

Grooming youth players for greatness - a template for training Post #44
One of my favourite parts of the game, making wonderkids from the youth players.
I hope my thoughts can add something to the discussion.
In tutoring, one can also try to connect a fairly determined and a determined player to each other. It will also work for fairly professional and professional.
In my opinion it will not work when both players have the same mental attribute.
I am still very curious about the 3 different forms of turtoring. When the pick the right one?

Jeff - I did know the answer but I have forgotten it now. Basically one teaches your youth player the preferred moves of the other. Not sure which one though, another teaches preferred moves AND something else (which I have also forgotten) and the other teaches only the other thing (which sadly I can't remember!)
Someone else will be able to clarify it all.

Anyway, thanks a lot. I hope more players will share their experience with tutoring in this topic.
