Is there any difference between these two PPMs?

What I have seen is that; backs with the ppm "Gets Forward Whenever Possible" will push forward and stop just outside penalty area. This is when I have the "move forward" slider on middle -- but if I set it to often they will get inside the penalty area!.
Midfielders, with the ppm "Gets Into Opposition Area" will move into the penalty box, even with the "move forward" slider on middle..

PPM's will oveeride any instructions you set. SO if you told the player never to get forward, he still wouyld due to his PPM.

But with players with no ppms..when I have the "move forward" slider on middle - they stop just outside penalty area 90% of the time. But if I set it to often they will get inside the penalty area.
Could this no meen; "Gets Forward Whenever Possible" = slider in middle and "Gets Into Opposition Area" = slider on often?
