I thought it might be interesting to start a thread discussing weather you use specific player instructions for a player no matter what your tactic is.
I have read many different threads about people who can use certain players to their strenghts and others who cannot get the same players to play at all. Some may argue that certain indivdual instructions will work for all target men, or all defensive midfielders, however each player has different mental stats as well.
What i would like to encourage in this post is that people post the player, where they play him, what his individual instructions are and any extra information.
here is an example:
Player: Didier Drogba
Position: Lone Target man (post screenshots if you want)
Instructions: mentality: 20
CF: 6
passing: 3
CD: 20
Tackling: Hard
FR: Often
RWB: mixed
long shots: rarely
TTB: mixed
cross ball: rarely
extra information: don't forget to select him as a target man and supply to head.
I hope that by sharing ideas we can help eachother get the most out of our players.
I understand that individual instructions will differ depending on team instructions but i think this could help some of us.

This is how I am set up. Any info appreciated. I don't want to tinker too much as my team is playing really beautiful football, just the final third letting me down. Could it be the a of quality perhaps, maybe a diff training schedule?

Thank you for your post, however what i want is to know is what instructions people use for different stikers, and if they use the same settings at different teams.
The idea is to find settings for a striker you can use no matter what team he is in.
can you use the same instructions for a player no matter what team he is in?
The idea is to get the most out of a certain striker no matter what team he plays for, this is because each striker has different mental attributes

I've found that the default settings for AMC work well (as they have done in previous versions) if you have a correct creative AMC. It should work well for Scholes.
