Totally agree, thats why I always leave mine to him. Say the wrong team in a team talk and you can seriosuly punished, I find the gap between saying the right and wrong thing was massive and made too much of a difference. </BLOCKQUOTE>
But with practice you virtually never make a "wrong" call. Plenty of "nothing specific noteds", maybe, but never an actual major downturn in performance.
My tactics are probably not totally up to scratch, so I use media and team talks to keep morale high and try and get wins that way. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Well I not used team talks since the beta. And on the beta it was too much of a different and had a massive effect on performances. So thats my reason for not using them. And because I was having success I never tried to have another bash at them, plus I find them very repetative.
