Cmfrenzy Tactic
Ive been using the cmfrenzy training scedule and its is absolute rubbish. Not one of my players has a green arrow. all of them are either yellow or red. Here are some screen shots.

can someone tell me how i can change this and make the arrows all green. Or what schedule i can use to make this happen?

Have you looked at the quality of your coaches, numbers of coaches, allocated them manaually etc?
