Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Juve title winning tactic.

I'm well into a game having started in the low English leagues and eventually got the Juve job with the expectation from the board of a mid table finish. I won the league and destroyed the opposition using this tactic. I thought I'd share to get feedback and maybe give others a chance to try it out.

Yeah I'll upload it. Can I upload it via here? It relys on the two CB's picking up the strikers with the central one there to clean up any loose balls. The two wide WB's will drop back to defend giving a very strong unit bt they are great at getting forward into the space created by the 2 wingers. I averaged about 2.8 goals per game and conceded 0.7

Could you also tell us the tweaks you make during games?

i.e. When the opposition go 4-2-4, when it's wet, when playing on a narrow or short pitch.

to add..

I have the 2 wingers and the CM as playmakers. The central CB is told to just sit. totally defensive.

I very rarely tweak it during games. Only things I will do is take a Cf off if up in a tight game and drop a DM in.
