Hi chaps

Wanted to download some training schedules, which will be my first time of doing so.

When i click the link above - Tactic/Training Download sites - it takes me to some random search engine results, the top one being for an in-house training group!

Can someone point this idiot to where i can download some regimes, cos I dont understand the training system fully yet, beyond getting great coaches in!

I have searched on the doodle-me-flip, but all teh response to 'download training' were not useful for links etc

At the top of the page it states "Notice: This domain name expired on 11/20/07 and is pending renewal or deletion". So Fmdownloads is currently down.
