Napoli - loads of money, great players to start with, why not?
I recommend anyone wanting to start a new game in serie a to be this team.
ok, with players such as (paolo) cannavaro, blasi, hamsik, lavezzi and calaio there was a solid base for a great season.
the board also started off giving me £17 million after i fiddled with the wage budgets a bit.
i bought:
esparza
aaritalo
iriome
obertan
dalla valle
dzsudzsak
my team let in loads of goals, but with the quality up front and a creative and pacey midfield they were also the leagues top scorers and qualified for the uefa cup.
with the money from a successful first season you can then sure up the defence - cb and gk desperately needed. Also try and buy a few younger players (lulinha and saivet highly recommended), and daniele vantaggiato up front to score even more goals for ~£3m.
Anyone else managing this team find it difficult or was i just lucky?

Managed to win the league first season. Brought in Van Der Vaart as my big signing, also Ignashevich, Aaritalo, Cassani on a co-ownership deal, and a load of loan signings.
Tried to play defensively and hit teams on the break which worked, but we were very lucky to win most games.
Got just over £40m to spend for 2nd season, trying to bring in Aguero for £30m, got Pablo on a free, and brought in De Sanctis from Sevilla for £1.5m.
