Default FM08: Good Staff Recommendations
Near top of the tabel with Bristol City in the championship in the first season and 2 scouts and 1 coach have been poached within first 2 months...

I'm really struggling to find decent replacements. Can anyone recommend any staff either unemployed or likely to join my club?

How do you work out good staff? Is it based solely on the stats or are there other factors? Unlike players where you can watch form, finding good staff seems difficult
