Gutted! had been enjoying a really good career game starting at the bottom and ending up at Valencia but in a moment of total madness I managed to delete my only saved game

After several cans of lager (for medicinal resons) and a few hours counselling (boring my missus!) decided I need a new challenge but really can't decide on where to start. Did fancy a bash at LLM so started with MK Don's last night but after about 5 or 6 games it's not really inspiring me.

Any ideas?

Manage an average English team and try win the premiership or qualify for Champs league? e.g Newcastle/Middlesboro etc.

Sundrland. Try and consolidate first/second season and then go towards Europe, Good Challenge.

Sunderland is certainly a good challenge.

I never go wrong with strong, but not top, Premiership teams. Newcastle is a fun challenge every time. Man City and Aston Villa are good teams too.

How about:

Nantes in the French second division. getting them promoted should be easy, it's what you do in your second season which will count.

Ferencvaros (Hungarian Division II East): In loads of debt, but a strong squad with a lot of potential.
