ive tryd to sign his so meni times for rangers bt asking price was to high just wanting to know if he scores or is a gd play in the game ??? :S

Is he in anyway related to Afonso Alves???


And No I haven't as when I went to sign him Matusiak who is also at Herenveen looked much better than Alves.

6 million, 7 million cheaper than I could of got Alves and it was a bargain mate.

I signed Alves in the first season for Ajax for £ 5M. He done a really good job in scoring cricial goals in vital matches. Playing him in a free role behind Huntalaar and Bruno Mezena ( cheap buy from S.America ) was awesome.
