Played against my Newcastle side in the FA Cup 4th round (on loan at Cardiff), got a man of the match performance after keeping my totally superior team down to two goals.

I have an affinity towards Ross as I went to school with him, but what is his top level?

I'm guessing he'd do well in the Championship, but probably wouldn't manage in the Premiership, anyone else have any thoughts on him?
