I am currently playing a save as Hyde United in the Blue Square North.
The purpose of this thread is to share information and tips on finding quality coaches that will join clubs in lower league football.
Posts should be restricted to coaches that you have found and used who get a minimum 5* (Five Star), 6* (Six Star), or 7* (Seven Star) rating in their particular field of training.
Coached attributes that contribute to a 7* rating can be found below, thanks to kenster197 from his post on the staff thread.

For my own part, at Hyde United I have the following coaches who rate 6* or above.
Chris Vale - Goalkeeping - 7*
Steve Maxwell - Attacking - 6*
Bryan Bull - Tactics - 6*
Neil Worthington - Strength or Aerobic (Fitness) 6*
Hope that these might be of help to fellow lower league managers, but any other suggestions may be helpful to many. Hopefully the mods may make this a sticky, as the importance of good coaching staff should never be underestimated at any level, yet the majority of posts tend to be highlighting coaches that there's no chance of getting to a lower league club :thup:
