Hey guys. the thread names self explanatory! im finding it difficult to find many. I took over Chelsea (they had finished 10th when i took over them) (in 6th season overall in game) Terry is 34, Lampard 34 and my teams ageing. ive used their cash reserves and bought Bianchi, Kaka, Reo-Coker, Rafinha. but i want real good regens and youngsters to come through. Need help finding a quick and easy way to do this? thanks!

every year or so i send my scouts to look at young players. go to the player search thing and filter out all players over the age of 16. you'll have a list of 16 yr olds and scout the ones which are valued over £1m. then change the filter to players over 17 and search all the 17 yr olds over eg £2m. 18 yr olds £5m, 19 yr olds £7m, 20 yr olds £9m and 21 yr olds £11m. read the scout reports or look at their stats to see if you want to buy them. dont be put off by how long n boring it sounds, its really effective if u wna sign a whole load of great youngsters before they all start moving to real and barca for £30m.

oo ill try that now. in fm06 i just used to look at the player search with filter players over 17. then i used the keeping, defending, attacking stats bars. and looked at players with class finishing, crossing, tackling, handling.. it always brought out top players doesn't work in this one though very much. Thanks!

Oh and another thing is. my scouts are all world class. judging potential and ability all 20's. Will this affect how well they scout?

yeah i guess the higher the stats the more accurate and reliable the reports will be

Regens are usually between ages of 15 and 19,and there are lots of new ones every year,espescially if you use a huge database... Scouts,even the top ones,are rubbish sometimes . They kinda rate potential wrong a lot of times...bitches
