On offering contracts in Norn Iron: my players are on £20/week, and when offering new contracts the minimum I can give them is £75/week, which I can't afford. I seem to remember there's a way to offer them less than the minimum, can anyone tell me what it is?

Click on the assman's recommended amount.
I haven't tried this but if you click on the minimum amount allowed it may work too.

Nobody except LLMers are going to come across issues with trying to offer lower than the interface allows, so therefore I'd say it's related to LLM. And besides, I've already asked in GQ and not got an answer, so if you're interested I've gone through the proper channels.
