Starting with Salisbury City. Finally a Wiltshire team in the Conference South (not yet my beloved Swindon Town!), let the battle for the top Wiltshire team commence, can we topple their monopoly on football in the county?

A season which saw the newly promoted Salisbury challenge for back to back promotions, but an end of season lack of fitness and inconstancy led to a 2nd place finish and qualification for the playoffs. A lack of defensive pace and out of form strikers enabled Welling to easily overcome us to get to the final.
We had vastly overachieved all season, Salisbury had the top goalscorer, player with most assists, player with highest average rating and highest average attendance. The high attendances and low wage bill pulled us out of debt and has set the club up well for the next season.

Awful season! Nothing of any significance to report. Flirted with relegation until March, but a couple of wins saved us. We showed that we are mediocre and lived up to all media expectations.

Four free transfers in vastly improved the quality of the team and finally filled the weak positions which had so exposed themselves in the previous campaign. We were one of four teams challenging all season for the automatic promotion spot, and never left the top two positions since December. We managed to secure promotion with 1 game to go, so Salisbury will be playing at Conference National for the first time in their history! Overachievement awards all round!
Catching up with Swindon?... not yet as they are in The Championship
